Make ur own Lip tint/balm for Cheap

Hey Guys
Happy July :), I cant believe its july already this year is going so fast. or is it just me?

This year bold, colourful lip's are in fashion. Every colour is in, aslong as it makes a statement. Celebrities and models on the catwalks can be seen rocking colours such as Red, Nude, Pink, Purple and even Blue on their lips.

And as you all already know keeping up with what's 'In' can be pretty expensive. Especially if you want to get more than 1 look.

This gave me this idea to make a D.I.Y Lip colour, as I love to save money when I can, so after trolling youtube i came up with a recipe that I liked.

What you will need
Proteleom jelly or Vaseline
Bright coloured Eyeshadow
Vitamin E Oil (or any of your choice)
Lip balm tubes
Mixing bowl
Spoon
Something to scrape with

How to do it
Melt vaseline
Mix in oil of your choice (optional)
Pour mixture into lip balm pot
Scrap eyeshadow into melted vaseline
Mix well
Place in fridge to harden or leave it and it will solidify itself
