D.I.Y Acid wash shorts

Hey guys

As its been quite hot in London for the past couple of weeks I couldn't help but notice a lot of people rocking these acid/bleach washed shorts. They looked so fun summery and gave me a great idea for this D.I.Y.  

So bellow is a picture of my old jeans that I transformed into acid washed shorts. 

I actually wore them out that day and had a few people asking me where I got them from, and they were surprised when I said i made them myself :) ((yay me lol)). What do you guys think of the shorts?

N.O.T.D - Rihanna Reb'l Fleur

Hi guys,
This is just a quick post to show you my My Rihanna Reb'l Fluer inspired N.O.T.D

I decided to use a nude base with a a black pointed tip with a gold cross over the top on my right hand and then do the inverse on my left. And as usual my right hand is looking a hot mess, I still need to practice using my left hand lol, Its so much easier leaving that hand without any patterns, but practice makes perfect.

My Tasty Healthy Smoothie Recipe

Hey Dolls

As It seems to be getting a lot hotter this summer its always good to keep hydrated, and we all know the best way to do that is drink plenty of water :). Now I don't mind water but everyone else in my house find it boring and I often see them reaching for a can of coke to keep hydrated. So alternatively I've decided to make fresh smoothies for use to drink and everyone seems to love them :), So I though I'd share my favourite one with you guys.

So heres what you will need
(serves 2)

• 1 Banana
• 1 Apple
• 1 Plum
• Hand full of grapes
• Hand full of spinach 
• 6 - 7 Strawberries 
• Ice
• Blender
• Chopping Bored / Knife
• Half a glass of water 

This smoothie has so many benefits, as its packed with loads of vitamins and protein. This is just my preference, feel free to try and substitute any fruits you may not look for another. Let me know if you try it out.

New Shoes!!!!

Here's a quick look at the shoes I Got Today

There a baby pink, Curved heel wedge, and they were on sale in Primark from £18 to £6 :). So I had to get them, and I am absolutely loving them. 

Surprising they're very comfortable and easy to walk in, I assumed they would make me feel as though I was walking on my tip toes and wouldn't be able to lean back, But they're actually just like any other shoe

Rihanna - Scented Tattoo

Hey Dolls,

So recently I was working at a few of the Rihanna concerts, helping to promote her new Nude Perfume. I found a couple in my bag today so I thought i'd do a quick post to show you guys what they looked like. So heres a picture of them

As you can see they are not you everyday normal perfume samples, they also came with a tattoo displaying Rihanna's signature 'R'. Personally I thought this was a great idea, it added some fun to the usual scratch and sniff sample people usually give out. Although 1 or 2 people didn't realise it was a tattoo and they rubbed it all over there neck leaving a black smudge lol, most people realised straight away and really liked the idea. Some people wanted loads and put them on there checks, arms, bellies and legs lol.

The great bit about them is that they were easy to apply, You simply peeled of the back, Rubbed it on and your done. You get the cute 'R' tattoo and get the lovely Nude perfume scent. I'm Still in love with her Reb'l Fluer fragrance, but this also has an amazing smell, maybe a close second of my favourite perfumes lol. Its also easy to wash off, with just normal hand soap and water.

John Frieda: Luxurious Volume - Review

Some of you might remember that I had previously reviewed John Frieda's FRIZZ-EASE range, which I absolutely loved, you can check out the post HERE. So I was really excited to try out another one of there collections. So this is the Luxurious Volume collection, which consists of the 'Touchably Full' Shampoo and conditioner, Blow dry Lotion and a Blow out spray. Which promises to give you great volume and "Luxurious Soft Hair"

Ok so I washed and blow dried my hair with these products this morning and so far I'm loving the results. Personally My hair isn't to fine anyway so I didn't really need 'Volumeising' but i still got great results.

The Shampoo: Again its not sulphate free :(, But it's a really great shampoo. It's very cleansing, lathers up and has a great slip. It also has a very pleasant and refreshing smell to it.
The Conditioner: This has a similar smell to the shampoo. Its very moisturising making it great for detangling. It left my hair with a very soft and silky feeling and helped make my curls pop :).
I wanted to stop there but then I wouldn't of been able to try out the blow drying lotions and sprays
Blow Dry Lotion: So I applied this to my lightly towel dried hair.
Very light weight, and a little goes a long way. And it also has a great smell. But I don't feel although it lifted my roots. But as I said before, I have thick hair anyway so I don't think anymore could be done lol.
Blow out spray: I then applied this before drying and again whilst almost dry.
It is a light weight spray, non drip which is a plus. It has a great fruit smell and This left my hair feeling very smooth and frizz free.

Overall I really liked the products, This range surprisingly turned out to be very moisturising, It had a great slip which enables easier detangling. The products also have a great smell and leave your hair with a gorgeous fruity scent. After using the products my hair feels very thick, full and soft with a great sheen. So Im very pleased :)

Jamaica Shoulder/Cross body bag Review

Hey dolls

So today I'm going to be reviewing my new bag that I recently got from bagable. Its Called a Jamaican Shoulder/Cross Body bag, which looks very similar to a 'sactual bag' which you may already know I have a big love for.

So heres a look at the bag.

Pros
-The bag is made out of a strong sturdy material, so seems as though it will defiantly last long.
-Its very stylish, I'm loving the pop of colour that the Lime brings to the otherwise beige and black colour. It goes with the whole colour blocking which has been in this spring summer season.
- Very spacious, It has 3 big compartments, as well as a zipped section in the middle and back. and individual pockets.
- I also received a few Compliments when I wore it to a BBQ on Sunday
-Only £45 so I think Its great value for money
-The website bagable, had great communication and fast shipping. Which is a win in my books :)

Cons

-More of a confusion then a con, but its called Cross body bag, yet there wasn't a strap long enough to go other my body.

Midi Dress - Style wars

Hi dolls,

Theres no doubt that 2013's biggest trend has been none-other than the MIDI dress. And theres no surprise to this. We've seen the simple design from the 60's evolve into 2013's  biggest hit. I've seen so many in so many styles with a variety of prints and materials used making it meets everyones needs from the more classy - chic to hipsters. Many celebrities who have completely different style's are also on this MIDI DRESS craze which gave me an idea for this Style Wars.

N.O.T.D - Pinch Punch First Of the month

Hey Dolls,

So Its JUNE!!!!, I know its hard to tell by the weird weather we've been having in England over the last week, but it was lovely yesterday, and seems to be alright today to :D. I think its safe to say Summer's coming ツ. So Its a new month and I'm making my 'new months' resolution (why wait to new years? lol) and promise to blog as constantly as usual, as I really do miss coming on here reading other blogs and posting my own.

So this month I'm starting of with a N.O.T.D.

 I've decided to call this look Neon Pokadot-disco balls lol, what do you think of the look?
