Sorry I haven't posted in a long while. I've been super busy with uni I had so many uni deadlines due in as well as major project tutorials. I've also had job training and various cheerleading activities. And on top of all that its been snowing which makes travelling incredibly hard and all though I love snow and think its very pretty, it has given me a really bad cold :(

New Shoes

Just wanted to show you my New shoes I got today :)

Originally £19.99 from Newlook, but only £15.99 thanks to student discount :), Perks of uni life lol

I Love these, I think they go so well with jeans, and there so comfy. Never brought a shoe with such a thick heel its either platform stilettos or wedges. so I'm not sure why these caught my eye but I'm glad they did. I even wore them home lol couldn't wait.

New Nail Varnish

I'm going to a circuses themed costume party next week Wednesday. At first i wanted to go as a clown but didn't see how that could be Sexy so I thought i'd go as a Ringmaster.

Also its a great look to construct from my wardrobe as I've already got a leotard, Tights and boots i could wear so i only need a jacket.

I went Stratford Westfeild today to look for a tuxedo style tail coat, to complete the look. but unfortunately I could find one :(

I might just have to order it online hope it comes in time.

Any way while I was out I Got some new Nail varnish :)

I got these 'L.A Colour' Nail varnish from a shop called Beauty Base. And they were only £1 each :) what a Bargin. They have so many colours But here are the six I ended up getting.

They all look quite similar in the picture lol, But they are very different in life (Review coming soon)

so I was tagged in the 7 deadly sins of fashion tag the other day by Kayleigh Marie, I'd thought I'd give it ago today as it quite fun answering these questions :).

1. Lust! What item of clothing or shoes would make you turn your head to give a man/woman a double take? What makes you go *blush blush*
Hmmm. It usually the smile or the eyes that make me blush, not really clothing. But in the summer when there topless that sure works :) A six pack as clothing right? lol

2. Anger! What is your biggest 'pet peeve' when it comes to fashion, something that irritates you about either the fashion industry or something that people wear? You get the idea.

When people wear Sunglasses Inside the club '_' I just don't get it. I means its already dark inside there's no need to protect your eyes there is defiantly no sun rays.

3. Pride! What is your favourite piece of clothing or pair of shoes or accessory etc in your wardrobe/closet at the moment? Your pride and joy, something that you're really proud to own and love to show off and prance around in any chance you get.

I would have to choose my owl necklace I got from Dainty Roses, I really like it, it goes with nearly everything. A piece of statement jewellery can make your outfit look 100times better

4. Sloth! When you don't have time to get ready, what is your quick and easy item of clothing or oufit?

When I'm strapped for time, I usually throw on a dress coz you can pretty much wear it on its own. don't have to think about matching it. If it winter i'd just throw a cardi on top.

5. Envy! Name one item that someone you know or a celebrity has in their wardrobe/closet that you would love to have.

I would have to choose ... Really don't know

6. Gluttony! To the point of extravagance or waste what do you own far too much of in your wardrobe/closet?
I have far to many vest tops, i they all seem to be the same colours x_X

7. Greed! Looking in your wardrobe/closet, what do you spend the most money on?

I spend most of my money on either party dresses or accessories. But you never know when your going to need them. Its good to be prepared

Eyelash Extensions

Hey
So I decided to do a review on these new eyelash extensions I decided to try out today.

The man in the shop recommended it as they're really thick. I usually use two packets of another brand at £1.99 a packet where as I would only need one packet of this brand at £2.45. So its a great deal I get to save £1.55 :)

Unfortunately when I got home and opened it, it didn't come with any eyelash glue, even though it cost more :(. Anyway so I looked around my room to see if I had any left over from any of my previous packets but I couldn't find any.
Then I remembered I had some hair glue and I thought well eyelashes are made from hair so why not use this glue. Besides it hold my hair extensions pretty well so why not my eyelashes lol.

So after glueing my eyes shut a couple of time's and having to wipe away my teary eye's these were my results.
I usually spread it further along my eyes but i was scared of the hair glue lol
I love the thickness though :) and theres still a few lashes left.

Violette Lip gloss from L'Occitane

Hey guy,

Anyone who reads Glamour Magazine would know that in this January Issue they were giving away a vouchers for free lib balm or lip gloss from L'Occitane.

I never even heard of this shop so wasn't planning on getting this offer. Then i spotted it while I was in Stratford Westfield. All I had to do was fill out the little voucher and i got a cute lipbalm :) great Right.

So Originally there was three to choose from But as I got there so late there was only this Violette Lip gloss left. But I can't complain, a freebie's a freebie lol.

It comes in this cute little tin, with little cupcakes on. And it smells absolutely delicious :).

Its really creamy, very smooth to apply and it leaves your lips felling very smooth, and they look gorgeous very glossy.

The colours not very strong, I don't think as it only seemed to tint my lips rather then colour it. But i guess thats what u would except from a lipgloss.

So here it is on my lips.

The shop was quite pricey, so I dnt think i'll be buying anything from them lol. My student budget cant handle it lol. But the atmosphere and the costumer service was amazing it was like walking into a spa. It was a really nice shop.

Cosmopolitan, Its such a great read, And its aimed at the average women. Plus it has the best freebies :)

I used to use the cream version of this but it was sold out so I brought the butter instead and now I love it.

It leaves your skin looking and feeling gorgeous, and smells fab.

I fully Recommend it to all, its quite a big tub and only £3.99

Hey guy.

I was looking through my Junk yard of my bag yesterday and released I did not need half the stuff that was in there. So I cleared it out and only put back what I considered to be Essentials. I then thought to myself I wonder if anyone else has the same situation so it gave me a good idea for this post. And thought it would be great as my 37 followers give away :).

This is what my Hand bag Essentials looked like

After I got rid of all the crap (including Pritt Stick glue) out of my bag, The picture above Shows everything I thought was a handbag essential.

1st of all my phone and keys
Theses are the two most important things in my bag.

I'd feel so lost if I didn't have my phone, always the first thing i check before leaving the house

And the amount of times I've been locked out my house because I've left my keys are countless. I've defiantly learnt my lesson, I now have a pair in every bag I own lol.

However I'm only a student, can't afford to give away a phone, and I don't think anyone would want a random pair of keys lol.

Hey Guys

Guest what, I have 37 followers :D

I know it seems like a weird number. Not the usual 25/50/100 that everyone else seems to celebrate. But the reason I'm so happy is because 37 is my favourite number.
My birthday is on the 28th of september & 28+9=37.
And on that reason alone ever since I can remember 37 has been my favourite number and has proven very lucky at times :)

So I'd just like to thank all my followers for getting me up to the 37 mark. I am truly grateful

My Winter WonderLand inspired nails :)

This is the nail varnish I am currently rocking, a design I created to match this christmas season.

I have seen many example and got inspired so I thought I'd have ago.

Winter wonderland inspired nail art

I really like the overall look, but i think the wrapping paper technic would have worked better with a light colour base. Check out My main Inspiration here

To create this look you will need:
* Nail Varnish of your choice
I'm using Glam nail varnish in Taupe & Bronze glitter.
* Preferably Rubbing Alcohol or Vodka
*Christmas wrapping Paper
*cotton buds
*Nail varnish Remover just in case

How to do it
1) After I applied My base coat, I then painted my nail using a Taupe colour by Glam Nail lVarnish.
2) I then painted the tips off all my nails except the pointy finger using the sparkle bronze colour, Also by glam. i did a few layers as it was quit opaque.
3) I then cut out the piece off snow many I wanted to print onto my nail.
4) I then used the cotton bud to cover my pointy finger with the vodka, and then carefully laid the picture over my nail, and applied more vodka (with the cotton bud) over the top.
5)I smoothed it over for about 30-50 seconds
6)Then the image was transferred. I then went over it with a glittery top coat.
7)Then went over all my nails with a clear topcoat.
(I did do a video tutorial to go with this but I'm having trouble compressing it :( its quite simple though)

It was quite time consuming, but I love the results :D

Why not give it ago, It might be a good way to entertain any little cousin's or sisters you might be around on christmas day.

Its only 2 Days away :), Im very excited. Gonna be with my family tomorrow :).

This is the packaging, Lady Gaga, I think its a great picture of her.

I also like the actual case, black, sleek and light weight, easy to slip into make up bag and just carry around.

As you can see there a range of glamourous golden tones, with some greens and purples. These are the colours I usually use which makes it a great gift. I could probably get some good subtle smokey looks from this palette.I love it and cant wait to try it out.

I love buying people presents, especially when I get to see them open it up. I think i'm good at knowing what people want but when it comes to me, I haven't got a clue. My mum just asked me what I wanted and I'm still in deep thought because I really don't know what I want, usually she just surprises me and she always get's it right. But know she's asking me :( it's to much pressure.

I think it was actually my favourite pressie last year, I use it so much, its basically become my go to bag when i'm stuck for decision.

My Family Tradition
But the best part of christmas is that I get to see nearly all my relatives, in my family we have a tradition were everyone goes to my great Gran's house, she lives next to her sister so they have a really big garden combined in which we set up a marquee. And i come from a really big family, my Greatgran had 5 children and my Gran had 8. so you can Imagine what its like.
Get to see all my aunts, uncle's, cousins, Second cousins, cousin's once/twice removed, Great aunties & uncles, in laws and some people i just call relatives coz I don't know the technical terms lol. The list really could go on, it's always a fun time get to catch up on everything and find out whats new with everyone, and meet new relatives. It's such a fun tradition, I love it :) cant wait thats only 12days away (happy dance). Lucky we don't give out present's to everyone lol

I got another morning delivery :) Love waking up to post.

It's my hand for practicing acrylic nails on.

I actually forgot I ordered this so when I opened the package and the hand was sticking out I jumped and threw it across the room lol it looked so spooky.

I brought it of Ebay it was around £5 including P&P. So it was expensive at all.

So now I can get practicing on acrylic nails (once i find some cheap acrylic lol)

E.L.F - Cover stick & Powder

So I thought I'd try out my Elf Cover stick and powder today. Here's the results and what I thought of it.

This All over stick cover is something I hadn't used before. Never seen nothing quit like it but as it was cheap I thought I'd give it a try. I thought it was just for blemishes but the packaging says it can be used all over the face but i find the buttery texture a bit of weird to go around my face with so I decided to just test it on my hand instead lol.

Here the results.

This obviously ain't the right colour for my complexion (but that what you get when buying things online).

It goes on very smoothly, and even doe it has a powdered finishing look, it has a nice and smooth finishing touch. Its easy to smudge and doesn't feel heavy at all. I think it will work well being used on blemishes and under the eye area doe, if you just wanted to put a light layer of foundation on top.

I love the cute little 'powder puff' you get with it, i usually just apply powder or bronzer with a brush so thought this looked so cute as i haven't seen one in age's. They're kinda out dated right? Anyway i applied this over the cover stick and i really liked this product.

I think this had a great finish, it's easy to use. And has a great result. will most probably be buying again. The little 'powder puff' also allows easy application and reduces a lot of waste as I usually blow excess powder of the brush, but with this it isn't needed.

I got this free 'Lip Rock Lip Gloss' in my cosmopolitan this month and thought i'd try it out today.

This is it with one layer.

As you can see its very glossy. I think this is a really nice colour

This is a lot more vibrant with 2 colours and I think it almost looks like a lipstick.

*I really like the colour though, bright but subtle
*I think It smells quit nice, its quite sweet and yummy.

so overall I give it a thumbs up (y) as its has a nice glossy everyday look

Hairstyles im loving

These are the two hair styles that I am loving at the moment. They are very different from each other yet i've rocked both these hairstyles. And loved them.

The fishtail plait, looks great on almost anybody. Their quick and easy to do, yet look like a lot of time and effort has been put in to creating it.

Its also a hairstyle that can be created with extensions which is good for people with shorter hair.

I love the knitwear style thats on trend this year. Its such a comfy safe look. It has also proven to be practical as it keeps you warm throughout the wither season. This winter I'm really liking the whole snood's trend that been going on. Its a great accessory and can make a winter outfit pop out.

I haven't seen any that have really caught my eye though they all kind of look the same (n) I want something which makes more of a statement.

I currently have two:

This one i got from
Primark, i liked the colour and pattern of this one and its thick and keeps you warm. Plus they also had these cute matching Mittens :)
My mittens are really dirty doe :( i think i wear them to much.
I love mittens doe coz they allow you to still allow me to use touch screen things without taking of my gloves.

I also brought this one from Newlook, I think it was only £6. Didn't see any matching gloves doe :(. This one is quite plan but its really warm and goes with a lot more stuff. so thats a good thing :D. but its really common a lot of people seem to have it so i don't wear it to often.

Fearne Cotton Nail Varnish

So this is my first proper post Yay!!!

And i've decide to talk about the new nail varnish set i got as a gift for my birthday not to long ago. It's from Fearne Cotten's collection, and its called Fearns Perfect Polish.

I really like this Nail Varnish set and would recommend it to everyone.

The Colours are so beautiful they seem to have a warming wintery and calming tone and seem to go with everything i wear. I was actually quite surprised in how much I liked it, as I usually tend to go for the more dramatic bold and vibrant colours. But these have proven to be a great gift.

I also love the Box and design of the bottle. It looks sophisticated and both pretty and elegant. I don't know why but I like looking at packaging of items, I guess its just a weird habit of mine.

Another great fact about these, is that they only need 1 coat of paint to get a good effect. unlike other Nail Polishes with one brush you get an even and bold colour from all the colours. Except the pink colour (4) as it comes out quite clear. then again you might like that look.

It's also quite a good price at £12 from boots.

Its quite a bargain considering you get 6 colours thats only £2 each. which is very cheap compared to other brand I have tried.

Cheap, Great Colours, Only need one coat, and its cute. I recommend it to everyone.
